Capital Industries, Inc. (CII) was established in 1979 initially to serve the needs of local companies with Clark forklifts through its repair and maintenance service.
After 45 years, CII is a multi-million business with consistent and annual growth while creating jobs for nearly 500 employees.
Through the years, CII left its footprints in many industries remarkably in the forklift business. CII is recognized as the market leader and credited as one of the pioneers in the long-term lease contract for materials handling Equipment. This innovative move on the part of CII translated into huge savings for the supply chain management of its customers.
Capital Industries, Inc. is the exclusive distributor of Hyundai Korea, and Hytsu China brands in the Philippines. These milestones exemplify the confidence of international suppliers in the company’s marketing excellence and professionalism.
CII’s revenue comes from its two business centers: Materials Handling Equipment Division and Commercial Division. The first division handles the sale and rental of materials handling equipment like forklifts and all kinds of lifting equipment. The second division manages the sale and distribution of well-known commercial and industrial products like tires, batteries, and lubricants.

Took over forklift operations (30 units) plant-wide, which included warehousing of raw materials and finished goods in Purefoods San Roque
June 8, 2008
Appointed as the exclusive distributor of HYTSU GROUP of China
December 18, 2017
Officially appointed as the Philippine distributor of the HYUNDAI forklift

Awarded 20 units of forklift rental by Lotte Global Logistics
